Scott Tseng

Scott Yen Chia Tseng is a 3D character animator based in Los Angeles, CA. After acquiring his bachelor's and master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan, he moved to the United States to study animation and recently earned his MFA in Animation & Visual Effects at the Academy of Art University .
